Kazuma and Haruka, having severed their ties to the Yakuza world, have left Kamurocho to seek a new life in Okinawa where they manage an orphanage for children. However, their peaceful life is soon interrupted when a series of events unfold pulling Kazuma back into the shadowy past he thought he had left behind, in order to protect those he loves.

Very Japanese, really got in to the story and completed in a few weeks.
This was an interesting and fun game. I really liked this game it was something different and enjoyable and really would recommend a rental or to buy because there is many hours of gameplay so much that i could not finish it even though i played for a long time.sa
Brilliant game despite the Japanese dialogue with English subtitles. Good fight sequences and thrilling storyline. Was pleasantly surprised with the ending. Job well done.
I got this game hoping for a japanese GTA, but ended up getting Shenmue with a little bit more blood. Relies heavily on beat-em-up style fighting, and has a ridiculous learning curve between one fight and the next. Plenty of mini games and open towns are a plus (you get experience for drinking high-class whisky too!), but all in all this game is linear and simple. Always research games before getting them, I have learned!
An interesting game. Yes, it is heavy Japanese with heavy subtitles in English. To me, it's a JRPG involving hand to hand combat and gangs. I dare anyone with a heart to not care for the kids of the orphanage, I couldn't say no to them.
