UFC Undisputed 2010 is the 2nd in the UFC series. The game itself can't really be compared to anything. It isn't boxing or wrestling, its a mixture of both. So let's start with graphics and sound. Graphically the game is very good and the UFC fighters really do look like their real life counterparts. Sweat effect and things like skin blemishes are very realistic and do add to the overall effect. Sound is very good since any time you hear a fighter talk it is the real voice used. Otherwise the music is very good and varied. Game content though is where this game really separates itself. This game is a lot more in depth than 2009 since the story has been made a lot better with more of the UFC individuals as part of it. The move list of the game is MASSIVE. Every move has a counter and every counter has a counter. If you are a big UFC fan you will totally love this game. All the fighters have their favourite fighting moves as they use in real life fights, so if you are a fan of a particular fighter you really do feel like you are fighting as them. However one of the games biggest advantages is also its biggest weakness. This isn't like most fighting games where a casual gamer can bash some buttons and work out a few moves. With this game moves are precise where a lot of times you are required to rotate the thumb stick for things like submissions. All this adds to the games difficulty in pulling off effective moves. In short this game is a must have for the UFC fan who will have the patience to get the most out of it. However for the casual gamer this game may have too high a learning curve and will really be annoying and disappointing. The moves can be hard to pull off and defending submission attempts against the computer is almost impossible at times. It really depends what your experience lvl is.
