Not too sure on this game hoped it would be entertaining, but it isn't. Thought it would improve upon the first TDU but it doesn't. Its not a sim, but its not an arcade racer. There are games that do everything better. GT5 or GRID if your looking for a sim. Burnout or split/second if your looking for an arcade racer. This is a middle of the road racer. Try it but don't expect too much!
Great game! After two late nights gameplay I've only just started on second island. The first few cars are pretty rubbish to control, they feel like there gonna loose control at any moment. But once you get to the faster cars the handling is ace! Nice touch is you can try any off the cars from garages on map, with 2 minute test drive. The different weather views add to atmosphere. Only negative is it can be difficult to win events, sometimes it takes few attempts. Plus a road side item that stops you dead or AI car that make you spins can be harsh. But there's so much to do on each island from houses to buy, clothes, hair cuts, social, online, garages to view, race events, license tests. Its game that will last a while.
