Reviews
Initially I was sceptical I would like this game but the gameplay is a clever mix of shooter and puzzle. The storyline and the setting aboard the Talos 1 ship are also excellent. The missions are good and there is plenty to see and do. One of my best games this year.
Great Game.
This is a good game. It does take a while to get in to. I would give this game a 4/5 stars and a 80 out of 100. Story line is intriguing.
Very good game. Enjoyed it from start to finish
Great game gripped from start to finish. not an easy plat as you have to go back through. But gameplay is good and enjoyable.
Good game, pretty time consuming. Large map to explore. Decent action and the occasional scary bit.
Great fun and makes you jump.
The first third of Prey is a genuinely jumpy survival horror game, in the second third you are suddenly over powered and have real fun taking revenge on the Typhon who tormented you in the first third of the game. Then there is final third, which is a real drag or pointless narrative twists and endless backtracking. Enjoy the thrills of running through the same rooms you explored twice previously, over and over again. Revel in going back to Aboratoreum again again again (Spoiler: its probably full of more aliens. again). Basically like every Arcane game it has some original ideas, looks great, starts fun, then punishes you for using any of the fun power ups it offers and gets really really boring just over half way through.
Pretty good game. Worthy of renting.
Good story. Really enjoyed it.
