Good game, i love that you can taxi and take off into a fight and that you can land, missions are good some can be quite frustrating as i have a tendency to get blown out of the air, but overall very good graphics great diversity of planes to fly and very good game play.
This game has received some pretty bad reviews on the big gaming sites, and I cannot understand why. Its not quite as good as the Ace Combat series, but it is a fun game for a little while although I am very happy that I rented it rather than bought it as after a few weeks it does grow old. However, for during the first few I found it to be very enjoyable… there is something very cool about flying an F14 and landing it on an aircraft carrier whilst calling all of your friends Goose and insisting your girlfriend called you Mavrick ok, so cool probably isn't the best word to describe that, but I am blaming it on the fact that Im a child of the 80s! There is a nice selection of aircraft, the graphics are fairly good but you will find that a HD TV will make a big difference, the mission structure is fairly good and entertaining but once you have finished the campaign you will be returning it for something else a case of a rental game rather than a game to keep, but whilst the fun lasts its an enjoyable game.
Bored after 10 mins. Sent back day after I recieved this one. Big let down. Some nice visual elements, somewhere in there. Just doesn't work as a game. Feels more like a chore.
