The Grand Theft Auto series is given the PS3 treatment in GTA IV - the first next-gen title in the series!
What does the American Dream mean today? For Niko Bellic, fresh off the boat from Europe, it is the hope he can escape his past. For his cousin, Roman, it is the vision that together they can find fortune in Liberty City, gateway to the land of opportunity. As they slip into debt and are dragged in a criminal underworld by a series of shysters, thieves and sociopaths, they discover that the reality is very different from the dream in a city that worships money and status, and is heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who don't.
Buy Grand Theft Auto 4 on PS3
this game is more gritty and realistic but the one downside is the game goes on forever and ever, great game no doubt but it can become a little repetitve
Brilliant game, some great new additions to the GTA universe, the mobile phone concept is fantastic and it's also grittier and more realistic than previous incarnations (including the car handling). It's not perfect, money is kinda pointless after a little while because there's no pads to buy, there's only so much guns and ammo you can purchase. Auto-aim, although improved can still result in a few unfair deaths. I also found certain sections of the game too dark, even with the brightness turned up full in the game. Still, one of the best games out on the ps3, highly recommended.
